- Articles typed using Microsoft Word software.
- The font type used is Times New Roman.
- Display articles made simple. Avoid using different font types, indents and line spacing as well as using bulleting & numbering.
- Title:
a. The title is written in Times New Roman font size 14 and line spacing 1.
b. Title length 14-20 words written in capital letters.
c. Titles are written in Indonesian and English.
d. The title is written by observing the rules of academic writing.
e. The author’s name is written without a title below the title.
f. The title is written at the very top of the abstract and full text.
g. If there are multiple authors, the first author’s name is listed first with an underline.
h. Affiliate name and email are written under the name of the author/authors. - Abstract:
a. Abstract is written in Times New Roman font size 10 and line spacing 1.
b. Abstracts are written in Indonesian and English.
c. Abstracts are written by taking into account the rules of academic writing.
d. Maximum length of abstract is 250 words.
e. Abstract systematics for Research articles are Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion in both Indonesian and English versions.
f. The abstract systematics for Case Report articles are Introduction, Case Report, and Discussion in both Indonesian and English versions.
g. At the end of the abstract, write down 3-5 keywords.
h. The abstract has included the results of the scientific article. It is NOT allowed to write sentences indicating that research or case reports are still being carried out, such as: “in progress” or “discussed later”.
i. Abstracts are saved by naming the document using the last name of the author and the short title of the article. - Complete Manuscript:
a. The complete manuscript will be used in the review and assessment process.
b. The complete manuscript is written in Times New Roman font size 12 with line spacing of 1.5 except for the Title and Abstract sections which follow the previous provisions.
c. The complete manuscript is written in Indonesian except for the Title and Abstract which are written in both Indonesian and English.
d. Complete manuscripts are written by taking into account the rules of academic writing.
e. Avoid using unusual terms, abbreviations or units.
f. The maximum length of the manuscript is 2000 words excluding the Title, Abstract, Image/Graphs, Tables and Bibliography.
g. Complete manuscript systematics for Research Articles are: Title, Abstract, Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion, Research Ethics, Author’s Statement (Disclosure), Award (Acknowledgement) (optional), and Bibliography.
i. Figures/Graphs and Tables are included in the text by enclosing information both on Figures/Graphs and Table as well as in the narration.
j. A maximum of 4 pictures/graphics and/or tables can be found in full text (a combination of both, for example 2 pictures and 2 tables or 1 picture and 3 tables).
k. Citations and Bibliography are written using the Vancouver system.
l. Complete manuscripts are saved by naming the document by writing the author’s last name and short title with the following example: Jacob – TBI Clinical Manifestation .docx.
